1,045sf main level office space in Winston-Salem. Great size for agrowing or downsizing business. No shared space with other building tenants is a plus.

@jonathanmiller I’ve been contacting my clients to start this as soon as possible. My first email from an AMC in regards to this was to ask how much less my fee will be...really.

I just had someone want to fax me. I don't think I've had a fax machine for ten to twelve years. I still remember my fax phone number though. Shoutout to those daily spam faxes advertising cruises and whatnot. #throwback #technology

I know it sounds like a grudge, but I'm not angry. I just don't want to connect with a guy on LinkedIn who stiffed me on a fee 15 years ago. Nope.

[Jonathan Miller @jonathanmiller]

Yep, a "nuclear option." The idea that a bank can self-regulate when the taxpayer is the one ultimately paying the bill is the very definition of "moral hazard." #appraiser #appraisal #falsenarrativedefeated #lockedaccount @TriStarBank https://t.co/kiyzyHVt8p

LOL. Remember when Warren Buffet said “Never ask a barber if you need a haircut.” ? He was actually referring to AMCs getting 50% to 70% of the Appraisal fee and adding 150% to the appraiser’s turn time all while the borrower is kept in the dark about it. https://t.co/51a78vLeDY

According to FHFA, there is no value add for the AMC model. Billions of dollars taken from consumers for no good, reliable, or logical reason. Harm to the industry still being measured. @JacobGaffney #externalobsolescence https://t.co/F3IauCXpav https://t.co/vxB2dc8qdf
