i don’t think most people understand what i mean when i tell them to lock in for a year.
i’m not talking about working hard for two weeks because you’re motivated.
i’m not talking about waking up at 5 a.m., posting your laptop on your story, then spending the rest of the day jumping between instagram, messages, group chats, youtube videos and random tasks.
that’s not locked in.
that’s one foot in and one foot out.
when i say lock in, i mean choosing a period of your life
one year, where you give the business your full attention.
not forever. not for the rest of your life.
just long enough to find out what happens when you stop dividing your mind between the life you have and the life you say you want.
social media goes unless you need it for the business. notifications go off.
pointless conversations disappear.
you stop checking who texted you every ten minutes.
you stop telling yourself that watching another reel or another video is “research.”
you decide when you’ll call your family.
you decide when you’ll rest.
you protect your sleep,
your health and the people who genuinely matter.
everything else becomes secondary.
that might sound extreme, but look at what most people are doing right now.
they’re trying to build a business while carrying twenty other things in their head.
your brain has limited RAM, just like a computer.
every notification, conversation, piece of drama and unfinished thought keeps using some of it.
a little attention is on the offer.
a little is on the group chat.
a little is on what someone posted.
a little is on the message you haven’t answered.
a little is on the random opportunity you saw yesterday and are now thinking about chasing.
then you sit at your desk for twelve hours and call it work.
but you didn’t really work for twelve hours. you spent twelve hours switching between different versions of your life.
that’s why you feel exhausted without making real progress.
when you give your full mental capacity to one business, the difference is insane.
it’s almost unfair. it’s like having thousands of horsepower against people who are trying to compete while distracted by everything around them.
you start seeing problems faster.
you notice where the funnel is leaking, why the offer isn’t landing, where the copy loses attention and why the creative isn’t connecting with the customer.
things that used to take you weeks to understand become obvious because there’s finally enough space in your head to see the full picture.
and the funny thing is, once you’re truly focused, you often work fewer hours.
you don’t need sixteen zombie hours when you can do eight intentional ones.
but what matters just as much is what happens after those eight hours.
most people finish working and immediately fill every empty second with noise. they scroll, watch videos, answer messages and keep feeding their brain new information until they fall asleep.
then they wake up and repeat the same actions without ever thinking deeply about whether those actions are working.
when you remove the noise, boredom starts doing something powerful.
you finish working and go for a walk. you take a shower. you sit without reaching for your phone. you journal. you think.
your mind starts going back through the day on its own.
it connects what happened with why it happened. it notices patterns you missed while you were working. it finds the weak angle, the wrong assumption or the small detail that was hurting the entire campaign.
that’s where a lot of your best ideas come from.
not while you’re consuming more information, but when you finally stop consuming long enough to process what you already know.
this matters because business isn’t a checklist.
you can’t watch a course, copy every task like a VA and expect to build something great. your brand has its own product, customer, market, positioning and level of sophistication.
you need to think.
you need to make decisions.
you need to understand why something worked, why something failed and what should change next.
a mentor can give you direction, shorten the learning curve and point out the mistakes you can’t see yet. but eventually, you need to develop your own judgment.
that only happens when you stop moving through the business unconsciously.
every action needs a reason.
every result needs to be studied.
every failure needs to teach you something before you move on.
that’s what locking in means to me.
it doesn’t mean blindly doing the same thing every day.
it means being completely committed to the destination while staying brutally honest about the route.
if the product is bad, admit it.
if the creative is weak, fix it.
if the offer makes no sense, rebuild it.
if your current skill level isn’t good enough, stop protecting your ego and become better.
stay committed to the goal, not emotionally attached to your current method.
these guys are a perfect example.
they didn’t win every launch. they lost money seven times. they dealt with a rejected visa, tight finances and moments where the entire dream felt like it was dying.
but they stayed close to the problem.
they accepted real feedback, kept analyzing what was going wrong and continued improving instead of escaping into a new business model every time things got difficult.
the almost-$100k day is the part everyone can see.
what they can’t see is the judgment, resilience and pattern recognition that were built during the months when nothing seemed to be working.
that’s the real result of locking in.
you don’t simply work more. you compress years of distracted learning into one period of deliberate focus.
so when i say **lock in for one year**, i mean one real year.
not a year of watching videos and calling it progress.
not a year of applying tactics without understanding them.
not a year of working hard during the day and giving your mind to distractions every night.
one year of intentional action.
one year of studying your mistakes.
one year of letting your mind stay with the problem long enough to produce answers.
one year with no backup personality waiting to take over the moment it gets uncomfortable.
you don’t need to live this way forever.
but if you genuinely want to change your life, give one chapter of it everything you have.
not half.
not when you feel motivated.
not one foot in and one foot out.
fucking lock in.
He was one of the world’s most wanted men. So he bought a west African country - How Jos Leijdekkers turned Sierra Leone into a drug-dealer’s paradise. In the shadowy world of international narco-trafficking, Jos Leijdekkers is a gangster of flair. Over the past five years, bricks of cocaine stamped with his underworld moniker—“Holly”, short for Hollywood—have been found everywhere from the Ecuadorian banana port of Guayaquil to the North Sea. In his native Netherlands, his exploits have spawned biographies, podcasts, comedy skits, battalions of YouTube sleuths and, this February, a portrait of his unsmiling face and a seven-foot knife blade, spraypainted on a railway carriage in the somnolent city of Eindhoven. For criminologists, Leijdekkers’s career is a marvel. Less than a decade ago he was a hitman stalking the streets of Antwerp. He has since created a trafficking network spanning Latin America, Europe and the Middle East that brings in more than $2bn a year. https://t.co/kjUY2q2mr6
I’d be lying if I said Navy SEAL burpees looked enjoyable, but they do hit nearly everything at once. Chest, legs, core and lungs all get dragged into it pretty quickly.
Normalize making money every day instead of waiting two or four weeks for a paycheck. Don’t limit your abilities. You can work a 9 to 5, own a business, create content, invest, flip houses, and build multiple income streams at once. The goal is freedom. Think outside the box.
6.300 estrellas, 1.200 forks, licencia MIT.
resultado: lo que antes costaba 300 dólares por vídeo ahora es gratis y corre en tu propia máquina.
esto cambia el juego para cualquiera que viva de cortar contenido largo.

one of the biggest arbitrages in content has always been to bring the information on twitter and reddit on to instagram.
so simple. still exists. crazy to me just how much of the instagram audience just dislikes using twitter and reddit.
Must-read for every $IREN investor
For anyone who hasn’t seen it yet, I believe this is one of the most important pieces we’ve published in a while.
It’s an excerpt from our recent $IREN earnings breakdown, published as a standalone X article, completely free and available to everyone.
The article covers what I consider the single most important new development at $IREN; its evolving financing strategy, which is increasingly shaping up to be a real moat.
Understanding this is imperative for every $IREN investor because it materially changes both the potential upside in the stock and the risk profile of the thesis, all of which is laid out in detail throughout the article.
The piece also includes plenty of custom-made graphics designed to help visualize some of the more intricate parts of the financing structure from start to finish, making the topic much easier to digest.
So once again, if you’re an $IREN investor, aren’t subscribed to us on X or Substack, and haven’t read the article yet, I strongly recommend doing so.
And if you have read it already, I’d love to hear your feedback in the comments. Cheers! 🫶
Full grown adults that can’t swim, cycle, skate, backpack, take a gap year, vacation, play an instrument or speak multiple foreign languages. Just a lifetime of hustling and trying to leave survival mode. These are subtle poverty metrics that no one really talks about
if you look at minerals and vitamins that have been shown to have the highest ROI regarding natural Testosterone production
(e.g. D3, K2, boron, magnesium, calcium)
you might notice a common trend
During my years in the adult industry I’ve learnt to adapt non stop to what was happening around me because everything could change rapidly
One day 5-6 models could all leave at the same time, unexpected
Another day you could hire a model and because she happened to be sociable in her personal life, she’d randomly bring 3 of her friends and the studio would start making a lot of money
The another day, out of a sudden, a model’s account could get banned for some shitty reason, with no possibilities of getting it back, so you had to accept this and charge it to the game
I’ve learnt to have no expectations, recover fast from L’s and also understand that winning isn’t final - it’s just a moment that can disappear fast if you don’t maintain it.
That brand you think is everywhere is two guys and $300 a day
You saw it on Instagram, then a podcast, then a friend mentioned it, then it was on X, so your brain decided it was big
Nothing about that was an accident and none of it was big
You clicked one thing once, the pixel fired, and from that second you were on a list called "warm", and warm people get followed across every app they own for 30 days
The friend who mentioned it clicked the same thing a week before you
Your brain has one rule for trust and it is embarrassing, the thing I have seen 7 times is real, the thing I have seen once is a scam
That rule was built for villages, where seeing something 7 times meant 7 people owned it
Now it means one guy set his frequency cap to 7
So you dont remember deciding to trust it, you just noticed one day that you already did
The company you feel you have "always known about" was 3 weeks old the first time you saw it
Anyone selling anything should be reaching 2,000 people 7 times instead of 14,000 people once, thats the entire budget decision
Be in front of the same 2,000 people every day for a month and they will swear you are famous
The day you think something is everywhere, ask one person who doesnt share your phone if they have heard of it
They havent
That is how you know it worked on you

$IREN: Blue Gold
They say that AI will solve our debt issues by bringing in disinflation via a productivity boom.
In the age of AI, we will see somethings become cheaper while other things become more expensive due to higher productivity of those things.
AI takes power as an input and outputs software. Much of the physical world has been digitalized and can be actualized by software. It’s a oneway reaction that doesn’t work the other way around. You can’t convert software back into electrons.
Because of this one way conversion flow, we will see power assets replace software as a moat. Before the combustion engine, oil was used for cheap light and lubrication. Then oil became black gold and the biggest companies in the world were built on oil, from Standard Oil to Saudi Aramco today.
