Speed is what separates playmakers on the field.
Colleges often look for speed over strength/size.
Why? They know they can always add strength.
What is much more difficult, especially as we age, adding speed.

XC | Our Raiders Girls' Cross Country team crossed the finish line in impressive fashion by placing 20th at the @FHSAA Class 2A State Championship. On the boys' side, Tim Rutten placed 35th overall with a PR of 16:58 and finished as the fastest freshman in the race!
Congratulations to all our boys and girls on their performances today at the Regional championship. Our girls finished in the 8th and qualify to the state championship for the 4th year in a row. The boys finished 11th as a team but Tim Rutten, qualified as an individual.
