@AskKlarna The identity theft saga is still going on.
The UK customer support has been unhelpful at best, incompetent at worst.
This has been going on since the end of July and every time we speak to the support people they don't seem aware of what is happening.
Any suggestions?
@Klarna Can you give me your support number please because we have phoned one number about identity theft and the response was so unhelpful that I feel it could be part of a scam.
Hybrid work is great, but it doesn't just work, especially if the team is distributed across different time zones. It takes real effort and planning to make distributed teams work.
@EE Good morning. My father has received an EE SIM card in the post which says it has been requested, but he is not an EE customer and the number is not familiar to us.
This could be a mistake, or more worryingly an identity theft issue.
Can you help clear this up please?

I appear to be in a battle between Intel and Windows Update over who has the most up to date graphics drivers on my laptop.
All I know is that it's only the ones directly from Intel that actually work properly. π
