@Logitech - This is a serious support question. You delivered me a defective product and are refusing a replacement. Would you please clarify your policy?
@Logitech - Ordered a keyboard from your site. It arrived defective. One month into back and forth with your support and they are refusing replacement. What gives?
@Logitech - Purchased a K860 and it arrived defective last week.
I'm one week in to back and forth with your support channel to get a replacement and they've gone silent.
Will you honor your warranty?
@tomhanks, it sounds kind of silly, but ever since seeing Castaway I've had a fondness for #FedEx ... Just something about seeing Chuck care so much really moved me.
I've been really sad to discover the truth behind how poorly @FedExHelp is set-up to actually support customers.
@FedExHelp@FedEx This is what @FedExHelp is telling me:
"I sincerely apologize, to get assistance with this situation please contact our Revenue Department. I'm sorry I was unable to provide you with a more satisfactory outcome. ~Emily"
I've spoken with the Revenue Department twice. No go
I don't post here often, but when I do it's to raise awareness and funds for @826nyc. Please help my annual #triviaforcheaters appeal at https://t.co/5NVRbXTWJA
Oh, hey twitter! It's been a while. Would you consider helping @826NYC teach writing skills to K-12 kids by donating to my fundraiser? https://t.co/KIxekMYL19

@RationalBlonde Must be for historical accuracy: 99.9% of a month during which you have to do 100% of the work for 81 cents on every dollar that men earn.
@madho@Seinfeld2000 Whaaaats the deal with salads? Why can't I just eat the veggies separately? Why do I have to cut them and mix them together? It's not like it makes them taste any better. Who came up with this? Who are these people?
Until this point, we need to focus on how to teach our children with the least amount of risk.
The only viable option at this time is full remote learning.
Of course, everyone wants to go back to in-person schooling. As parents, we are desperate to any return to normalcy. However, that is a false choice. We should open when it’s safe based on availability of a vaccine and hard science.
We have close to 140,000 deaths in the United States and over 32,000 in NY State. And that doesn't count the thousands whose lives have been permanently limited due to the unknown, long-term effects of this pandemic.
Our society has changed. We need to work together as a community to come up with ways to deal with this change. We can not just assume that schools will just pick up as if nothing happened.
By focusing, on online education and creating programs to support those who can not stay home, we can mitigate these risks. There is no reason to assume that the next year will be "normal" so we should not pretend that it will be.
#5 Lack of contingency planning. How will substitute teaching work? What about the school nurse? There is limited evidence that taking temperatures will work. Why would we embark on a program that is so fraught with risk?
Add this to the overwhelming amount of work required by teacher to create two curriculums, the fear of infection, the responsibility of keeping a class in order, the stress of online teaching, etc. It is simply unrealistic to expect of our teachers and our school staff.
