@rjohdomingo What is vague about the amendment? What is deceptive? Parental consent doesn’t need to be addressed because the state already has addressed it. Federal law bans the so called partial birth abortion. The GOP continues to lie because it know it cannot win this issue on truth.

@JDVance1 I keep hearing the Christian Right call this amendment too extreme. But what is extreme? Forcing a 10 year old rape victim to have her rapist’s baby is extreme. Forcing a woman who has miscarried to wait for days until the fetus’ heart has stopped is extreme. Extreme is choice?
