@vueling still no response and impossible to get hold of customer service. Will speak to my solicitor, regarding both the compensation for my parents and also for my time.
@vueling@SimonCalder@UK_CAA parents bumped on a flight a month ago. Spent that time chasing their entitled compensation. Vueling seem to be deliberately obstructive in this. A quick look at review sites shows this isn’t isolated. Further investigation, potential legal action?
So @virginmedia are happy to enable hackers and allow cybercrime! Emails hacked 11 days ago, reported & despite daily promises it was sorted (and wasn’t) the hackers still have access and are now using using my @PayPal to buy things, cheers! @BBCNews@BBCWatchdog@richardbranson

@DHLParcelUK Thanks Mark, it took an email to the CEO in order to get 14 packages found. Apparently in the back of the warehouse. CM team had absolutely no idea where they were. This is terrifying! A logistics company should know where packages are. 3 days of wasted time!
@DHLParcelUK 14 parcels next day delivery sent Thursday and still not at destination. Lied to on Saturday, no real concern about dealing with the issue or actually getting it resolved. I've spent hrs on the phone with CS not once could they get through to their own depots
@Amulet_Security appalling service from security Milton Keynes station. Abusive and then hid his face and ran off when asked to identify himself. Thanks to the station manager. If govt really want people to travel by rail they have to make it better than this!
