@Wayfair#wayfair Need help with the bathtub I ordered (order #3598297167) that I never received. Called CS 4 times over past 3 weeks. The last time I asked for refund, CSR Stacey was very rude and said would charge me ~$200 for return shipping, though I never received the item.
@BelkinCares, my WEMO Mini smart plug I bought on 12/6/2018 got burned while plugged in and almost caused a fire in my house. Please let me know whether it's still under warranty and if so, how I can get that replaced. Thanks!
