@ChadTheBad Is it just the RCs? Do all Catholics believe the same thing? I don’t understand Y Catholics can’t answer this question? To me it means they don’t believe the same things. Can you explain the difference beliefs of Catholics, if there R differences.

@abegaabega @Thatbrian Because God said 2 make something doesn’t mean we can make idols or images on out own & kneel B4 them. In fact, God says don’t do this. He is very, very clear in Deut. We R not 2 make on R own. We R now 2 bow or kneel 2 them or pray 2 them.

@abegaabega @Thatbrian No, they did not kneel/bow before the Ark. God is with the Ark. They were before God. Ex 25:22. Between the cherubim God will meet them & give commands. They don’t kneel 2 the Ark but 2 God.

@littleonefaith In Deut, God tells us several times not 2 use idols or images, not 2 bow/kneel B4 them, not 2 pray B4 or 2 them. There is a fine line between worship & veneration, in Deut, God says, so we don’t become corrupt, do use them. We R also 2 use images of man or woman.

@littleonefaith we don’t know what Mary or Christ looked like. This is 1 reason 4 not having statues of them. Icons, statues R fine if U don’t pray 2 them or B4 them. Praying B4 them is essential praying 2 them. God hears R prayers, no item is needed 2 direct prayers 2 him.

I have noticed that Catholics keep claiming they are the true church & their beliefs true.
I have yet to get any to discuss Deut 4:15-18 & Deut 5:6-9. Not one will take it vs by vs. This i have tried for over a yr. If their was is true & it fails here, it all fails.
