Parents travel on Thursday and still unable to register their flights or get any kind of booking assistance please advise

@British_Airways Comedy show now, captain “in 20 years of flying I’ve not heard of anything like this, it’s not been a good show from us” - first proper communication from a BA member of staff. Fair play to him for saying it how it is
@British_Airways BA1465 can we confirm this flight is going to actually leave , little children getting overly tired now so if we’re cancelling it sooner the better cheers #delayedagain
@British_Airways Things go wrong, things not entirely under each air providers control, but professionalism, communication is a minimum. I’ll retain my gold card this year but the level of service over the last 18 months has plummeted to unrecognisable levels.
@British_Airways Elderly gentleman simply enquiring as to an expected departure time so he can inform his family to come collect him snapped “when you all get on board” - well people would have been if we had passes that worked and a plane that ran on time.
@British_Airways Beyond Aweful - BA, upon asking if we needed new boarding passes (along with everyone else on the plane) and being told no, no passes work, manual reissue for every passenger at the gate, no buses to plane. Staff now shouting / barking at passengers
@British_Airways Nope radio silence made our own plans total confusion no staff standard BA. People stood on side of road, none native English speakers with small children. Classy customer service
@klever_io Simply closed the support ticket down. Brushed under carpet, hoping people forget. Even with evidence of following their guidance and migration from tron wallet still refusing to acknowledge
@frede_rico Can’t track the seeds would make sense as suppose to be private but any reasonable developer would keep logs of users, wallet addresses created via their apps so they can derive metrics about adoption of their product. If they don’t there’s even more questions about compantancy
@HodlerDutch@dio_ianakiara@mplaursen@klever_io They won’t acknowledge this, people have followed the instructions to the letter and now blaming the users. I have no idea how they hope to survive this which is a shame because it’s a great app.
