@SingtelSupport @SingtelSupport this is the first time i hear such info. Why is there a need for customer to do a double step, convert then transfer. Why is it not handled by Singtel automatically?

@SingtelSupport I am porting my line from M1 Prepaid to Singtel Senior Sim only plan
Since 17/9 till now the porting keep getting rejected for wrong reason. Several calls with Singtel but still doesn't port transfer. Case ID: 20260922728436253

@SingtelSupport None if your staff mentioned that. They say Prepaid to Postpaid is possible. Why don't Singtel do the convert and then port transfer? Why keep rejecting and not solving the issue. I cant do the conversion. I already sign up for the Senior plan

@SingtelSupport 3 Singtel staff told me line is inactive hence port transfer reject. But that is clearly false. The M1 prepaid is still active, have balance and verified by M1 staff. However, it is expiring on 27/9 so I need this escalated to port transfer asap
