Thoughts on the $TSLA earnings call:
Best case scenario: Robotaxi gradually improves and we get a new business line
Worst case scenario: we get bought out by a space company that’s able to reliably land rockets successfully
There’s a floor (SPCX acquisition) and a call option (Robotaxi/Optimus)
If you buy with the intention of buying one of the best car companies in the world, you’ll be fine
Something I realized as I got older is to protect your hearing. Wear ear plugs to the concert. Turn the volume down when you're using ear buds. Stop blasting the music so loud in your car. Once you lose your hearing you're not gonna get it back. Protect your hearing.

Muchas gracias!, espero leer tu segundo libro.
I had a cardiac event at 52. My LDL was normal. My doctor said my bloodwork was fine.
He never tested fasting insulin. He never tested homocysteine. He never tested Lp(a). He never ran a full thyroid panel.
He tested the standard four. Total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides. The same four tests from 1985.
Those four tests missed everything that was destroying my arteries.
This is the root cause blood panel. The 10 markers that actually tell you whether your body is under attack.
Print it. Bring it to your next appointment. If your doctor will not order them, find one who will.
Your blood tells the truth. But only if you ask the right questions.
Your doctor told you the statin is clearing your arteries.
It is not.
Statins do not remove plaque. They calcify it. They take soft, inflamed, vulnerable plaque and harden it into calcium deposits.
That is why your CAC score goes UP on a statin. Your doctor will tell you not to worry about it. But think about what that means for a moment.
The drug is not reversing the disease. It is turning soft plaque into stone.
Yes, calcified plaque is more stable. It is less likely to rupture. That is real. I will not pretend otherwise.
But look at what has not changed.
The lipid core is still there. The inflammation is still there. The artery wall is now stiff and rigid, with reduced flexibility and compliance.
Nothing about why the plaque formed in the first place has been addressed. The insulin resistance that damaged the wall. The inflammation that recruited the immune cells. The oxidative stress that turned LDL into oxLDL. All still running.
The fire is still there. They just hardened the scar.
Root cause asks a different question. Instead of calcifying the plaque after it forms, what if you stopped it from forming in the first place?
I want to show you something most people have never been told.
Your arteries can heal.
Not managed. Not medicated. Healed.
Stage 1 is where most people are right now without knowing it. The arterial wall is cracked. Inflammatory cytokines are elevated. LDL has crossed into the wall and been oxidized. Foam cells are building. Plaque is forming. The fire is burning.
Nobody told them. Because nobody tested the markers that would show it.
Stage 2 is what happens when you remove the cause. You fix the insulin resistance. You lower the inflammation. You stop the oxidative stress. The endothelium begins to repair. Foam cells stop accumulating. The plaque stabilizes. The fire starts to cool.
Stage 3 is remission. The wall is healed. The endothelium is intact. The remaining plaque is stable, calcified, dormant. Blood flow is normal. The disease process has stopped.
This is not a theory. This is physiology.
Your body knows how to heal. It has always known. It just cannot do it while you are still attacking it with the things that caused the damage in the first place.
Remove the cause. The body does the rest.
The body heals when you stop attacking it.
I am going to make a claim that will get me attacked by cardiologists, pharmaceutical companies, and most of the medical establishment.
Heart disease can be cured without drugs.
Not managed. Not reduced. Cured.
I do not mean in theory. I mean there are populations on earth right now with virtually zero heart disease. No statins. No PCSK9 inhibitors. No cardiologists. Clean arteries into their 80s.
And the reason they have no heart disease is not genetics. It is not luck. It is not low cholesterol.
It is because they never triggered the mechanism that causes the disease in the first place.
That mechanism is taught in every medical school. It has been understood for over 25 years. And it proves that heart disease is a chain of events that can be broken at multiple points without a single drug.
Let me show you.
My cholesterol is high but it’s not because I eat steak and eggs.
My body makes 80% of its own cholesterol regardless of what I eat. When I eat less of it, my liver simply makes more. My body defends its cholesterol levels because it needs them. This is not a design flaw. It is biology working exactly as it should.
But the more important question is whether high cholesterol is even the problem we have been told it is.
Heart disease is not a cholesterol problem. It is a clotting problem. The artery wall has a delicate protective lining. When that lining gets damaged, the body sends a clot to patch it. Over decades, layer by layer, that process builds into a blockage. Cholesterol shows up as part of the repair material. It is not the arsonist. It is the fire brigade.
So what actually damages the artery lining?
Chronic stress. High blood sugar. High insulin. Oxidised fats from processed food. Not steak. Not eggs. Not butter.
I eat an animal based diet, my cholesterol is high, and I am the healthiest I have ever felt. Because I stopped fearing the wrong thing and started asking the right question.
What is actually damaging your artery wall?

@drestebanh Una dieta es conjunto de alimentos que una persona o grupo consume habitualmente. Es decir, si, es una dieta. Lo que se usa mal es la palabra dieta.
