It refers to the 2nd last player - it is usually just assumed that the goalkeeper is the last player - the rule is written explicitly without mentioning the goalkeeper to avoid this confusion - people in this case just appear not to have read it 🤷‍♂️

@cytrusf1 For me, I would open up the last corner by removing the rail, and installing a temporary ramp for the weekend to make the corner far less tight and allow better lines and acceleration - sorry for the crap art!

Found an old school report from 1992 where the school allowed up to 10 days a year for authorised holiday - that was probably quite handy for my parents generation 🤷‍♂️

@artesan0x The problem with F1 Academy is that it does not feed the ladder effectively.
What needs to happen is for the championship winner to be given a seat in F3 for two years - the FIA could afford to run a team in F3 to essentially create a more natural visable pathway after F1A

The crash with Bottas happened Imola 2021 when he was still with Williams.
