@RobertMSterling We’re all on here just channel surfing

[davy @DavyPoosky]

@misraetel Ah finally a good use case for the versa grips

[davy @DavyPoosky]

In a simple altercation, you wouldn’t expect that the co-pilot would need to be subdued so someone else can safely land the plane.

[The New York Times @nytimes]

Breaking news: A plane flying from Dubai to Israel was diverted after an altercation between the pilot and co-pilot, Israeli officials said. https://t.co/VVuUXKUrPY

[davy @DavyPoosky]

@catturd2 if it wasn’t a hijacking then why did a passenger have to subdue the copilot so someone else on board could land it safely?

[davy @DavyPoosky]

No one has better articulated this than Emerson

[Krzysztof Szczawinski 🇵🇱 @Kristof_Poland]

Yes, we are being run by bad people.

Structurally and necessarily in the current system.

[davy @DavyPoosky]

@WeiszM @WSJ imagine the backlash against peaceful Muslims

[davy @DavyPoosky]

@GBNT1952 3.6 million adult Muslims in the US. Let’s say 99.9% would never consider an act of terrorism.

That still leaves 3,600 who would, and it only takes 1.

[davy @DavyPoosky]

@nickrgrs Yes to the bottom 3 points, but noooo to crashing at homies or parents if you value the relationship or want to actually accomplish tasks

[davy @DavyPoosky]

@RobertGreene I can’t prove it, but somehow I know this is just going to be rehashed Jospeh Campbell

[davy @DavyPoosky]

I stumbled into almost this exact stack through years of trial and error (and CVS bogo deals on supps) and it’s the best. Only thing I’d add is 2-3X the ashwaghanda

[CooperBaggs 💰🍞 @edgaralandough]

The 6 supplements I took after years of belly fat, daily hair loss, 3am waking, and a face I no longer recognised.

1. Magnesium glycinate 400mg, every night before bed
2. Ashwagandha KSM-66 600mg, every morning with food
3. Vitamin D3 with K2, with breakfast
4. Omega-3 high EPA 2g, with lunch
5. Zinc 25mg, every night with magnesium
6. Collagen with Vitamin C, every morning

By week 8 I recognised myself again.

Here is exactly what each one was doing:

@elite_mav55 @MikeWilnau @interstatejuche If you know, you know

[davy @DavyPoosky]

@misraetel “Phenomenon” doing a lot of heavy lifting there

[davy @DavyPoosky]

@sfrantzman To play devil’s advocate, imagine the headlines if Israel had not allowed Hamas in Gaza for 20 years.

“Israel interferes to overthrow results of duly elected government, preventing them from establishing a military for self-defense, which is the right of every sovereign nation.”

[davy @DavyPoosky]

I’d like to think at that very moment, a fish was praying for a sign that there’s more to life than just a cold abyss of unimaginable nothingness ended by the sharp pangs of inglorious death

[SpaceX @SpaceX]

Splashdown confirmed. Congratulations to the entire SpaceX team on the first orbital flight of Starship!

[davy @DavyPoosky]

What I like about this system is that it offloads a lot of the executive function that would otherwise be tedious or low return, yet still keeps you firmly in the seat of the decision maker

[Chamath Palihapitiya @chamath]

My take on AI. YMMV.

[davy @DavyPoosky]

It’s probably been said before, but we were totally wrong about what deep fakes were going to ultimately be used for

[Sovey @SoveyX]

Trump and Xi end summit by agreeing to stop seeing other world leaders and make things official.

[davy @DavyPoosky]

@ArtemisI0 What triggers you noticing it? Any environmental cues that are reproducible?

[davy @DavyPoosky]

@misraetel Just want to point out that Chris Cornell was on benzodiazepines and other meds when he hung himself with an exercise band in the hotel after a soundgarden show. We still don’t really understand the long term effects of these psyche drugs

[davy @DavyPoosky]

@kekius9 “The wall is real.”
