@AdamRFisher In December 1948 UN passed Res. 194, to allow Arabs to return to their villages, as if there are no hostilities of the locals against Jews in Israel.
The UN never recognized in any other quarrel such a "Right" of Return to be given to civilians from the aggressor's side.
