@BurgerKingUK I’m extremely disappointed. My 13 year old son was told his Scottish £10 note was “fake” and it was refused, leaving him embarrassed in front of his friends. We have since taken the note to the bank, where it was authenticated and confirmed to be genuine.

@BurgerKingUK If staff are going to challenge customers, especially children, they should be properly trained. A machine rejecting a note doesn’t automatically mean it’s fake. What training do your staff receive?
