This morning asda rang me about a missing order from Wednesday 21st January but the money had been taken from my bank account.
After going through it all again he asked me to down load lemfi app for my refund . I got suspicious as this app is for sending money abroad.

@AsdaServiceTeam order online on Wednesday no order arrived apparently driver couldn't find the property even though its on a main road. Still managed to take the cash from my bank though 🤬
How long am I expected to wait for a refund? Disgusting service !!

Then send an email saying I'd arranged redelivery for in 2 days time !!
