D. Be the reason an innocent person stays in jail because their trial or bail hearing gets delayed?
Protest worthy causes... but not at the courthouse.

a. Be the reason a victim of a sex assault is too afraid to testify against their attacker?

B. Obstruct Court workers like reporters and interpreters who get paid hourly, have no job security and aren't paid very well? (OK I lied 3/4)

Parliament or Provincial legislature. It's their job. If you pick the wrong one they will put you in touch with the other one.

2. That is the door where witnesses, jurors, judges etc enter. If you show up there waving placards, shouting, chanting, being intimidating, 2/3
