My plan for New York: zero income tax on your first $50K, utility bills cut in half, the green energy scam ended on day one.
Hochul has been taking money out of your paycheck for years to fund her campaign donors.
Not anymore. When I am Governor, working families come first.
Over 36 MILLION reports of predators targeting our kids came in last year...Yes, you read that right. Watch the video below by my friend @TimTebow@DHSgov and @SecMullinDHS and take action on behalf of your kids.
What a sad ending to prime farmland, animal habitat, and viewsheds at the base of the gorgeous Adirondack Mountains.
The town of Kingsbury tried to do the right thing and fight this, too. But they were no match for the legal power and money behind the multinational corporate conglomerate of AES.
When residents in Kingsbury, New York sounded the alarm and informed the town they had not been made aware of this incoming complex, the town listened to its residents and tried to do the right thing.
Kingsbury's Code Enforcement Officer concluded there were material misrepresentations regarding neighborhood outreach and public awareness during the approval process.
The town attempted to annul the prior approvals.
This is common with all commercial solar salesmen. They lie to American landowners and tell them their "neighbor already said yes, so they should, too." In Kingsbury, it came out that the solar company had done just that, misleading landowners.
Well AES didn't like that very much.
AES responded by suing the Town of Kingsbury, the Planning Board, and the Code Enforcement Officer.
Obviously, the multi-billion dollar renewable company won, and this is the view on Vaughn Road in Kingsbury, New York today.
Who owns AES?
A Google search will show you:
"The buyers in this consortium include U.S.-based Global Infrastructure Partners (a subsidiary of BlackRock), Sweden's EQT, the California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS), and the Qatar Investment Authority."
That's who strong-armed, bullied, and legally flattened a small New York town to force a commercial solar complex into one of the prettiest regions of the state.
This is foreign intervention in the form of swallowing our home rule whole.
Every month, Hochul skims money off your electric bill and funnels it into a green energy fund for solar farms buried under snow six months a year.
The firms running this scam rake in billions and write Hochul million-dollar campaign checks.
We are going to end Hochul’s green energy scam and cut your utility bills in half.
New York’s primary energy source is natural gas from out of state and out of country. While there is stiff competition in the category of most idiotic policies in NY, the state’s ban on natural gas extraction may be the pace setter. Was in Binghamton this morning to talk about this abundant energy resource that is available in the ground underneath NY. Despite all the jobs, lower cost of living, increased revenue, and vibrant downtowns that would come with reversing the state’s ban, Albany politicians like Kathy Hochul and her friends just refuse to apply basic common sense and lead NY back to greatness.
A fight for the ages is brewing over the destruction of Upstate New York’s farmland. I’ll put my boots on the ground there soon. @GovKathyHochul is allowing foreign entities to overrun American farmers with 50 square miles of Chinese solar panels. “Love Thy Neighbor” is now the official battle cry.
You’re looking at thousands of studs that have been jammed into the ground, on what was previously prime farmland, as they continue to build out Cider Solar in Elba and Oakfield, New York.
The studs will hold the Chinese-made solar panels that were constructed and shipped with fossil fuels and rare earth minerals.
Cider Solar is a massive 500MW industrial complex that will destroy 4,000 acres by the time they’re done.
Since commercial solar only generates at 15% of its annual potential in Upstate NY (actually closer to 10% in Western NY), this 500MW complex will only generate 75MW of power when it’s all said and done.
Thousands of acres gone. Soil compacted. Runoff reported. Chemicals sprayed to suppress vegetation. Animals displaced in every direction. And the history and culture of these towns destroyed forever.
All for our governor, greedy politicians, and subsidies for foreign corporations.

Yet again, in typical “Albany knows best” fashion, hardworking upstate New Yorkers who want, demand and deserve LOCAL CONTROL over their lives and community are instead getting HOCHUL CONTROL jammed down their throats.
Foreign companies are being handed American farmland to build massive solar projects, on some of the most fertile soil in the country, in a region that barely sees the sun.
Thanks to Kathy Hochul, family farms are being wiped out, and landowners have no say.
John Rich isn’t staying quiet, and neither am I.
They want to destroy 1,800 acres of Upstate NY grassland, which is full of native plants, to install a commercial solar complex, built by a foreign renewable company.
Communities near these massive complexes in Upstate have experienced flooding and water movement.
Do you know why?
The utopian propaganda images of “flowers under the panels” doesn’t happen at a single ORES complex.
Topsoil that took hundreds of years to form is stripped. Native plants are bulldozed. The land is excavated and graded against its natural grade. Plants with 12+ foot root systems are destroyed. Compacted soil with no breathability causes water to move. Trees nearby are felled.
A solar industrial site is installed on land that was naturally draining water and preventing flooding.
@GovKathyHochul The only bill skyrocketing is my electric and gas thanks to you! I would suggest you stop blaming others for the shit show you’ve created. If you want to create the shit show, at least take the credit you deserve and take a bow. Now stop feeding negativity. Crook.
.@KathyHochul approved the projects. Her husband’s law firm represents them and pulls in nearly $1 million a year. Coincidence?
New Yorkers are already paying 70% more for electricity than the rest of the country.
Hochul is using the Governor's office to line her own pockets, while you foot the bill.
When I am Governor, I will cut utility bills in half and put New Yorkers first.
The land under these panels will never be farmed again.
Potato growing associations nationwide will not buy potatoes grown on ex-solar sites.
Why?
The panels leach heavy metals, as well as drop glass shards and microplastics onto the soil below them.
In a mass commercial arrangement, vegetation below the panels is soaked in herbicides.
The fertile farmland is gone forever.
Toothpaste was locked behind glass? That’s Kathy Hochul's New York, where honest, hardworking New Yorkers are treated like suspects while criminals walk free.
Under her cashless bail law, you only go to jail if you commit murder, and even then, sometimes you don't.
When I am Governor, we will repeal cashless bail, hold thieves accountable, and make our communities safe again.
Today I spoke with a local farm owner who has been aggressively approached by SIX different solar companies to lease her acreage.
This woman is actively farming and selling produce at local farmer’s markets.
This is a foreign corporate invasion that’ll interrupt our future food supply more than people are talking about.
