In the aftermath of the first plague outbreak in the 14th century, there was a labour shortage. Wages were trebled, landlords lowered rents as it was better have some income than none. What have we done? Stagnated wages, put rent and NI up 🙄

@jessicakeogh In Southampton we don't have many vegan only restaurants. In fact I can only think of one off the top of my head and i'm pretty sure that closed down recently.

@jamie_wallis Than they think. I was told no, they've prescribed anti biotics for a trial to see if they work, if not we'll go from there. Meanwhile i'm sat here absolutely petrified it may be something worse than first thought. Obvi this is not GPs fault.

@jamie_wallis I took a urine sample into my GP today. I won't go into the issues, but they phoned me this afternoon to say that it may take a little longer for results from lab due to the shortages. I asked should I get a blood test as well in case it is something more sinister 1/2

@bolshevik_bee Currently it isn't mandatory at Southampton, though there are some spot checks I believe at the upcoming games. I have a feeling it may become mandatory though. Hope i'm wrong.
