Booked my vacation through @makemytrip — flights, hotel, and cab. But the cab service has been terrible.
No pickup, zero coordination, and absolutely no accountability.

@makemytripcare And want to highlight about the worst lip service that you provide. Your helpline call center is worthless and they require 48 hours to resolve an issue. They expect the travelers to be in that limbo state for 48 hours, as your local cab partner makes a fool out of us .

@makemytripcare The check out time was at 11 am, the cab booking was at 12, till 11.55 am we didn't receive the details of the cab. After that, the cab says they are available at 1 pm. What is the benefit of booking thru you, 20 days prior ?
I am not looking for refund. Just disgusted.

This is the booking id. For cab booking from hotel to the airport.
The cab details didn't come and I had to call the helpline. After that the cab driver when contacted said they are available after one hour. We along with my family were stranded on the road.

@makemytripcare Have you tried to find out about the worst service and non cooperation from your end , and that's why the booking was canceled ?
