During my conversation with Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri @Dev_Fadnavis ji at Avaada’s Super Factory in Nagpur, we spoke about leadership, conviction, responsibility and most importantly, trust.

One thought stayed with me.

When people place their trust in you, it is not just a privilege, it is a responsibility to live up to that trust.

For me, this holds equally true in business and in life.
A commitment should not change with circumstances.
A word given should carry its own weight.

Because businesses may begin with opportunities, but lasting relationships are built on credibility, consistency and trust.

The goal is not simply to have people work with you.
It is to build relationships where, over time, people know that your word can be counted on.

That, to me, is the foundation of anything worth building.

सिर्फ फाइलों में चमकने से सड़कें नहीं सुधरेंगी।

जौरासी-जैखाल रोड 9-10 साल से बन रही है, लेकिन अब तक सिर्फ 3-4 किमी का डामरीकरण हुआ है, वो भी गड्ढों से भरा है। माननीय अजय टम्टा जी, यह रोड आपके संसदीय क्षेत्र में आती है। कृपया ध्यान दें और निर्माण कार्य जल्द पूरा करवाने की पहल करें।
