Although I haven’t been posting, here’s what’s been happening for me every single day.

-90 mins at the gym
-Recovery & Stretching
-1 hr throwing program
-Hours of schoolwork
(online courses)
-Daily hitting and fielding drills
-Hockey Season!

So excited to get down to KC to play and train with the @KCRebels18N soon!

[Dayle Bettens @daylebettens]

So happy to be back out playing! Went 3/4 in scrimmages with a triple, a bunt single to move the runner, and a bloop single taking advantage of the play and getting that extra base!

Our run at PGF ended yesterday with a record of 6-2 in bracket play. Proud of us for making it to the Elite 8!

I finished the tournament hitting .450 in 20 AB’s. I knocked 1 HR, 1 3B, 2 2B, and 5 1B, with 6 RBI’s and 4 runs scored. Time to get back to work before the fall, and I’m excited for what’s next!
