@charliekirk11 Former NYer and Vet wife. Hubby defended our freedoms and NY Pharma-bought politicians spat in his face. All children deserve a public education.
BREAKING: Whistleblower @realtinapeters is in serious danger; deprived of nutrients by horrific prison conditions, her health is declining rapidly.
This is madness—we must demand IMMEDIATE action by @AGPamBondi & @FBIDirectorKash, before this patriot DIES IN PRISON.

Well @elonmusk
1. We don’t live in a democracy, we live in a Constitutional Republic.
2. What you are describing is the Judicial Oligarchy that we’ve been living in since its redesign in the late 1800s.
It’s called post constitutional reconstruction - the establishment of federal and judicial supremacy that began in 1830.
If you really want to know- I can show you.
@bradhoylman What a perfectly timed post from Pharma’s posted boy😅
Politics should be like NASCAR.
You should all need to wear your sponsors.
Shills just keep shilling.
Quoting #doctorevil?!
Check VAERS.

IMHO it is baffling to even have this conversation, but this is the world we live in when we have servants who have become masters and masters who are above the Supreme Law of the Land.
Preemptive pardons are not a legitimate act. They are political posturing.
Pardons are not what most people think. Pardons are not papers for full forgiveness.
Pardons are the answer to a conviction and are like get out of jail free cards.
Pardons DO NOT remove ability to prosecute they only restore certain civil rights after prosecution.
POTUS cannot constitutionally pardon a conviction that hasn’t happened because there is nothing to trigger the pardon.
A pardon is literally written to include the crime, the sentence, and the case number federal case number, without this information there is no real pardon.
1. The Dept of Education is an unconstitutional entity even if, especially if, they are the source of money benefits.
2. Tax “credits” are not defined by the IRS as “you keeping your money” but as the IRS letting you have their money.
3. Homeschool is currently regulated by State laws not federal.
4. Federal benefits to homeschool parents will give the excuse for federal regulations imposed upon homeschooling to include curriculum, grading, and testing standards.
5. This is already true for local schools who get federal tax benefits- they are heavily regulated by the Feds.
6. Federal monetary benefits also create a dependency on federal money that binds parents to any and all regulations imposed upon homeschooling.
There is no such thing as govt benefits without strings.
Parents who want to maintain autonomy and independence in homeschool education MUST DECLINE THESE FEDERAL “BENEFITS” as they are not benefits but shackles.
@GovKemp So stop using it as an excuse to go after 2A. We know about your gun safety study committee. Gee, mental health bill started exactly the same way. We all know how that panned out.
