1. First time I am seeing someone value a Refinery (asset heavy business) as a percentage of revenues. Hmmmm
2. "Assuming continous growth"...How does a refinery revenue grow continuously absent a one-off plant expansion?
Yes, at least 5% of my portfolio. When I saw the Q1 petroleum export numbers, I estimated that annual revenue would be at least $25 billion. At a 3× revenue multiple, and assuming continued growth, that would imply a valuation of around $75 billion. That’s at least 50% upside from the $50 billion IPO valuation. If I can raise the cash, I might increase to 10% of my portfolio.
@Rxbremen No need to delete anything. Just trying to understand what you are saying...
Zedcrest is an appointed stockbroker to the issue, if that helps your analysis. Looking forward to working with you and your community.
Zedcrest is incredibly liquid. I just liquidated my Equity Mutual Fund as a matter of personal strategy and almost immediately the money was credited to my wallet and ready to deploy.
In response to the increasing demand for both short-term and long-term capital solutions across Africa, Zedcrest has launched its Investment Banking offering, a strategic move aimed at supporting businesses, governments, and institutions seeking access to capital, advisory services, and structured financing solutions.

On a serious note, the new T+1 settlement framework likely took out marginal foreign buyers from the market, leading to the slide.
All temporary, hopefully. @ZedcrestWealth
@theshortiesalon@ZedcrestWealth so mobile apps are for security & authentication. Hard to do ID verification, liveness checks, biometric control, etc on a web app.
@theshortiesalon@ZedcrestWealth Oh not at all. They have a great sense of humour.
Yes I am familiar with the company.
Retail individual accounts are only accessible via the mobile app, while corporate accounts use the web portal.
I have a theory. If your Equity Mutual Fund has not given you over 50% YTD by now then consider other better options in the market. Over 50% is me being conservative because others like Zedcrest have done over 100% YTD.
This tweet was actually inspired by an excerpt I read from Dayo Amzat's upcoming book, Building in Chaos, memoir of his business journey.
I just modified a little bit to set the scenario.
Would you rather be a junior ED in Zenith or Founder/Group CEO of Zedcrest?

IPOs tend to get a lot of attention, especially when big companies are involved. But beyond the conversations and headlines, understanding how they work is what really matters.
Being informed is one thing. Being prepared before opportunities open up is another.
