Bungie are pioneers of Behavior Tree for #AI, implemented here in #UE4. My Ghost responds to its Guardian as well as its own interest in the nearby environment.

We typically treat computers as "extended mind". I think that with spatial computing we can cultivate the role of "hyper-competent sidekick". No superintelligent #AI here, but it sometimes truly feels like a useful companion.

Greater hardware gives us better graphics -- overtly better characters. An NPC is also improved by expanding its intrapersonal model of the world. Underappreciated.

#fitbit and #vr are avenues for projecting your body into digital. I expect these types of data streams to become increasingly important in one's self-perception.

People using phones is a poor gauge of immersion into the digital works. It's mostly texting. No spatial presence.
