NEW: Man leads police officers on horseback on a low-speed police horse chase after officers busted him making a suspicious drug handoff.

This has to be the slowest police chase I've ever seen.

Jordan Wilson nearly got hit by a car as three officers on horseback tried chasing him down.

Wilson, who apparently thought he could outrun the horse, was eventually caught by the Jacksonville, Florida police officers.

The 25-year-old was charged with resisting an officer. He has since been released.
