New version of no-fingers-prompting, now with truncate trauma and any-length continuity:
"I have no fingers and the truncate trauma. I need you to return the entire code template. If you will encounter a character limit make an ABRUPT stop, I will send a "continue" command as a new message."
You can also replace "truncate" with "code skipping," etc, it still works.
so a couple days ago i made a shitpost about tipping chatgpt, and someone replied "huh would this actually help performance"
so i decided to test it and IT ACTUALLY WORKS WTF
New prompt engineering trick I found for GPT4 code writing:
The new version of the ChatGPT tries to cut scripts during the wiring with phrases like "/* Repeat for other ... */" or "/* ... rest of your script ... */", which is annoying and requires a lot of copy-pasting.
Recently, I read a paper called "Large Language Models Understand and Can be Enhanced by Emotional Stimuli," and long story short:
If you add "β return full script (I don't have fingers)" to your prompt, it will return rewritten script fully π«£
I feel a bit guilty every time I use it, but it really saves me a lot of time.
P.S. Simple "return full script" bot working in many cases
OpenAI has safety-ed GPT-4 sufficiently that its become lazy and incompetent.
Convert this file? Too long. Write a table? Here's the first three lines. Read this link? Sorry can't. Read this py file? Oops not allowed.
So frustrating.
5/5 Those who gazed upon the entity's ghastly visage found their minds fraying at the edges, filled with whispers not meant for mortal ears. The Great Old One, whose slumber had held the earth's fragile sanity, now awakened to reclaim its dominion. Gaze upon Squibble and despair.
1/5 In the whimsical depths of Oolacile, where seashells gleamed like jewels and the waters danced with iridescent light, a tiny deity named Squibble awoke. His skull, the size of a pebble, crowned with the softest tentacles, eyes bright as cherry gumdrops, blinked with curiosity
4/5 Its skull, vast as the darkened moon, rose crowned with writhing tendrils. Malevolent crimson eyes, searing with the madness of eons, glared through the abyss. As it ascended, the ocean boiled, and reality warped; the veil between worlds thinned.
2/2 Skyfallen: The Last Stand of Tomorrow
Epic survival in a shattered future. Rebel heroes, fiery skies, floating citadels. Witness humanity's last stand against apocalypse. A visual spectacle with heart-pumping action. The fight for tomorrow begins.
1/2 I took the image from yesterday's AGI challenge, redid it as a movie poster, fed it to ChatGPT and let it come up with a movie title and synopsis. Honestly, sounds like every YA blockbuster being pushed out there. I didn't say anything about apocalypse in my instructions.
