Some Sunday entertainment. Police in south kilburn wearing heavy duty gear couldn’t see if armed but carrying heavy equipment possibly a raid. 4 cars so far.
@homegroup@LifeInKilburn Hi David, I don’t live there but see this daily. Its the door to the bin store, the glass was broken in January, weeks later a perforated metal cover was attached, which was v quickly pulled apart, meaning anyone/anything has access…..
80 Cambridge Road, NW6 - for weeks & weeks now, when walking by with my dog, I’ve seen the same bin store door glass missing, allowing entry 4NE1 do something they shouldn’t. See pics, 11th March & 21st March. I went away on holiday for 2 weeks in Jan. It was the same back then!
I thankfully don’t live in this building, but live over the road so I see the ongoing works. This link goes to a letter issued by the owners / HA - https://t.co/AvsOVQs7da. As a property manager myself, the contents of this letter are both uncaring and worrying…See next tweet
Flood update. Along with @RBKC@LBHF & @CamdenCouncil we've written to @theresecoffey asking for a review of the Flood Re scheme. Many flats in central London won't be able to get flood insurance without it. https://t.co/Gaq25odiI5
Ridiculous doom-laden article in the Mail this morning about Oxford Street. Bemoans the former Top Shop is empty but doesn't mention that Ikea is opening there soon. Says shoppers are deserting the street but the fact is that footfall is up.
@MayorofLondon How many people run the Mayor’s Twitter feed? How much are they being paid? I don’t suppose the Mayor reads any of these replies. Maybe those tweeting in his name give him a feel for the upset and resentment he has caused? Doubtful isn’t it.
@CityWestminster@PDimoldenberg@w9maidavale is it right these scaffolders, wrking 189 @ Shirland Rd are throwing scaffold brackets from high level down to the pavement?? I watched several people inc a mum with young child nearly get hit. From that height it could kill you….
@teen_headache@thelegalburglar @DOF1981 @MayorofLondon Does that include a painter for example, with maybe 10 tins of paint? A plumber with a bag of tools, a brickie with 400 bricks? Or someone coming to fix your flat after it’s been flooded? Thought not you Muppet.
@CityWestminster@W9Vale does anyone know why just days after half of Kilburn Park Rd pavements were replaced by WCC, GNetwork then dug them all up???? Seriously bad planning. Now the pavement is uneven and messy again. Also, when are the rest of KPR pavements being repaired??
