@TUIUK You now have moved my flight to Doncaster and offered me £25. I live miles away. You changed my flight back to Manchester(thank you) you have now changed it back to Doncaster a day later. To get it back to Manchester I have to pay extra??? Money making scheme disgusting.

@PureGym my membership has gone up in price. However I feel that the quality of classes are not at the standard they use to be. Also the gym equipment is dated. On the basis of this I feel the increase unjustified. A new gym has opened opposite my current gym.

@Carpetright it’s been nearly a year. For the second time you have delivered the carpet with no door plates. Stair runners with no whipping. My house is a mess due to three bedrooms contents placed in my living room! I have taken a day off work! My stairs are unsafe due to pins!

@JohnLewisRetail wanted to treat the family to a quality TV. We have had it less than 6 month, and it’s is faulty. You sent a technician who agreed it was faulty. I’ve been now without a TV for two weeks. Spoke to your tech team who were blunt and unapologetic.

@johnlewishelp TV should not be faulty less than 6 months after I bought it. And I shouldn’t have to wait over two weeks for it to be fixed. I pay a lot of money to watch sport subscriptions, will you be compensating me for it?

@BandQ absolutely appalled at customer service..! Delivery not happened and money taken for products..! Four occasions where I have tried to get my product delivered. Still no resolution…! If you don’t have the stock then tell me so I can go else where and give me my money back!
