UNDRR definition of disaster👇 Isn't extreme heat causing class cancellations, power outages, fires? Not too mention health & agri impacts. Disasters can be either slow- or rapid-onset. What's keeping us from recognizing extreme heat as a slow-onset disaster before it's too late?
