@BritishGas@DomLittlewood British gas have completely ignored me and left me and I suspect more like me out of pocket. Even a simple comment from you may slightly influence then to care a small amount to deal with my issue.
Hi @BritishGas could you please explain how you have resolved my complaint without even talking to me, giving me the compensation for your incorrect tariff on my EV charger and sending me a letter with no way of contacting the complaint handler. Its appalling!!
@BritishGas So even after replying to my complaint handler they still have not replied or even acknowledged I even exist. In a quandary, I leave and owe £350 due to the shortfall in their billing or leave as they are just plain awful!!

@BritishGas just on with your online chat support about your two engineer visits. Raised a complaint due to not receiving a smart monitor - complaint number 8015871372- only to be told at the end of the chat he is closing my complaint and adding it to my account as a note??thanks
Thanks @McDonaldsUK for your help. Really appreciate you wiping your hands of fines issued in your car park. Apparently patrons purchasing food and socialising is clearly not encouraged here.
Thanks @McDonaldsUK having been out for the night thought we’d drive to have a coffee and ice cream at one of your stores. The three of us socialising have a few coffees. Turns out we clearly overstayed our welcome and received a £50 parking fine from your 3rd party enforcers.
