Norway will procure British Type-26 frigates 🇳🇴🇬🇧

The Norwegian government has selected The United Kingdom as a strategic partner, and will procure British frigates for the Royal Norwegian Navy.

This will be the largest procurement for the Norwegian Armed Forces ever PM @jonasgahrstore and Minister of Defence @toreosa said during Sunday´s press conference.

(1/2) Recently I had a discussion with a colleague on the possibility for an attack by insurgents in Kashmir to specifically target civilians. I said it was relatively moderate given how the focus of attacks were primarily on the Indian Military.

(2/3) The incident prior to the one we are saw today was the Resai Attack in June 2024, in which 9 Hindu pilgrims were killed by insurgents. As mentioned before, a majority of attacks in the region were focused on military personnel, not civilians.
