@real_jds @TUIUK @BBCNWT @The_Gazette We’ve been moved to a hotel with no kids pool, no kids club and no entertainment at all so it’s not good for kids at all but at least it’s clean, safe and you can wash and flush your toilet.

We got moved yesterday evening but we are now at a hotel with no kids pool, no entertainment at all and the tiny resort is literally 3 shops and 5 restaurants. No good for kids but at least the hotel has water!

@TUIUK arrived on holiday 17th at Coral Beach Ibiza to absolutely no running water in the hotel so cant shower, flush the toilet or wash or hands ! Chef’s have no water in the kitchen to food prep so have to eat out 3 times a day in a all inclusive hotel !

@TUIUK staying in Coral Beach Ibiza, not had hot water for 3 days, toilets won’t flush as the hotel has no water and hotel has not provided us with water , this is a health issue now

@theJeremyVine @BBCTravelShow @SimonCalder It needs reporting that @TUIUK are sending their guests to the Coral Beach in Es Cana, Ibiza despite the whole hotel not having running water for SIX days! Toilets full of faeces, can’t wash hands or showers - Gross! TUI won’t help.

@TUIUK Just checked in to the Coral Beach hotel in Es Cana and there’s been no running water for 6 days! Toilets full of faeces, can’t wash hands, shower etc. Fights and arguments in reception as so many people wanting to move hotels but TUI don’t seem to care!
