@GeecheeMermaid@JAMAiwuyor it's crazy how i can read this n fully understand it, but im not gullah geechee. our history is so much more intertwined than we think. we often find ourselves running from the mirror, we need to love each other again as black folks, as Afrikans.
This is relevant again, in light of the Tyreek Hill situation with police.
De-escalation is crucial. Not saying that bad things can’t still happen, but we want to minimize the chances as much as possible.
