@ClimateDefiance Also -- let's get this striaght-- To protest climate change, they decide to block a road leading to burning man festival, forcing all the people to sit in their cars, which are running for the A/C while they wait.
seems it achieved the opposite. Protesters aren't that bright.

@ClimateDefiance What reaction were they trying to get ? Blocking a road to an event , which costs about $575 for tickets and $150 vehicle pass -- i think this was bound to happen by one of the attendees if the police didn't do it first -- think the attendees. They got off lightly.

@elonmusk I feel a problem with power collected in Sahara would be transmission & distribution of power over great distances. With all the steps, loss is typically 8-15%
from generation to consumer in short haul grids such as in USA. May need more gen points dispersed globally
