@XfinitySupport I was charged $800+ in roaming fees even though my Global Travel Pass has always been active. Support confirmed there was no deactivation on my account, yet charges kept coming and my line was frozen. Need escalation + full refund. Screenshots attached.

@ljojo - what is the escalation route for #Unitedairlines customer success issues? United’s error has left me stranded in the U.K. with my 3 kids. I keep going round and round with offshore customer support teams unable to help - surely there is an escalation team who can help?
@Grubhub is crazy - waited an hour for an order at the weekend, which the Restaurant then called and cancelled (after 1 hr wait!) - @Grubhub however doesn't let Customers leave feedback on cancelled orders... I wonder why! #Transparent#CustomerExperience
