@MichaelKrawitz@JetBlue The air travel was fine. plane was the crew on the plane was great. The customer service before the flight was atrocious. had 10 people behind the help desk with 4 computers. 2 people were working 8 were socializing behind the desk. Completely unhelpful when it was our turn.
I have to say that @JetBlue customer support might be the worst I’ve dealt with on any airline. The non attention by the support staff at the help desk at Fort Lauderdale was atrocious. Someone at the company might want to quality check both desks before check in and after.
@james_xond My gut says no. You’re paying for the off chance you get into an accident, you’re covered. However, the fact that they increase payments the when you do get into an accident makes me rethink it.
