@snuwtbi@gunnerineirinn@jessefinver No yeah I get your point too. I’ve seen late winners at villa park+emirates, absolute scenes. tbf there definitely would have been bigger reactions at other places here, like the official watch parties or the big Knicks bars vs a hundred random people standing on a street corner
@gunnerineirinn@jessefinver@snuwtbi Not exactly comparable - there were 1.2 seconds left still, it’s much more likely to score in the last second of a basketball game than the last minute of a football match + even if this was a game winner, it wasn’t an elimination game (didn’t “win the final” yet)
‘THE FURIOUS’ holds a perfect score of 100% on Rotten Tomatoes
Described as “the best martial arts film in years” with action as good as ‘THE RAID’ films.
In theaters on Friday.
@JetsFiend Like I hate him as much as anyone else but we’re giving up on the most important game in NYC this century over a long line and a fence? Who tf cares
Now that it’s over, I can admit it.
These refs were favoring us.
The Knicks had to win by 15 in order to win by 1 — literally.
I love my Spurs, but I don’t want us to win in that manner.
Integrity of the game is more important to me: if we’re not the better team, let us lose.
I don’t like the new subway car displays telling you which car/ side of the station you are closest to. Eliminates the knowledge gap between ball knowers and non-ball knowers
