@spartoviMD Agree. KPIs can be barriers. They're lagging metrics & obscure the customer journey. NPS is a good example of satisfaction, but doesn't show if a recent issue was resolved well. I focus on customer journeys for better strategy execution.
Ethernet turns 50 years old on May 22, and Metcalfe says he remembers that day in 1973 very clearly. “I was sitting at Xerox PARC, at a Selectric typewriter, typing a summary of my thoughts on how networks should work, and then I hard-drew the diagrams.” https://t.co/0MsjCXGvLg
In healthcare, there is a wealth of data and a poverty of insights. @Philips is collaborating with @awscloud to build generative AI applications in medical imaging https://t.co/f45TJXcQar
ICYMI: CEO Roy Jakobs issues a call to action for open ecosystems and interoperability to care for the caregivers at the #ViVE2023 event in Nashville, "It's not about what tech can do, it's about what tech can do for the people who use it." #ViVE2023
@kinlane@kinlane this is awesome. Maybe you can feed it to openAI and create a prompt asking the AI to make a 10 point summary explaining vibe, learnings, failures etc. And ask what twitter should do next with their API and or how create new value for developers.
@spartoviMD Good practice. I do this every quarter. This year, I try to limit creating recurring meetings by increasing chat in msft teams + planner to keep track of actions with stakeholders. When certain actions need discussion/help, I can just schedule a short meeting. More effective:)
