Governor Ferguson, you are facilitating the entitlement culture that you claim to be against. I come from generations of Women born and raised in Washington who never once even mentioned “menopause”. My grandpa Brewer was a Pearl Harbor survivor and my grandpa Sandvig survived the invasion at Normandy. My dad served as an A4 pilot during the Vietnam era and I deployed 3 times in support of the Global War on Terror. All of us had a wife, mothers and grandmothers who were tougher than all of us. Not one of them ever mentioned the need for time off, support or assistance with life let alone menopause, or their monthly period. You are either being advised by men who want to be women and are acting like they know what menopause is or by very weak women who believe they are entitled to receive benefits for every pain, sickness and phase of life. This is an embarrassment to strong women and the people of the state of Washington.
