Delayed by missing crew on our rebooked flight. No info in the airport. No follow-up by @united. I suppose they donβt monitor Twitter mentions, probably because they have laid off everybody in customer service or something. They mustβve, because their service is nonexistent.
And of course now @united sent our bag on without us, stranding us needlessly without clothes and many other necessities, just to make things even more annoying. Itβs hard to imagine a worse top to bottom customer service experience than we had last night and today.

Finally, my daughter got so upset about this that she threw up. With all of our clothes headed to Denver. So she has nothing to change into. So thank you very much for turning a bad night into a horrible one, @united. You guys are the absolute worst!

The level of incompetence and failed communication by @united tonight was absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable. They owe many, many people both a significant apology and compensation.

So turns out @united said the flight is back onβ¦ after dozens of people were out of the secure area. The @TSA checkpoint closed, stranding many people, even splitting up families. This is the worst airline experience Iβve ever had.
One @united baggage agent, the only United employee we could find anywhere in this godforsaken airport, is helping us. At a minimum, there are a few awesome people out there who will help somebody in need.

So @united just gave us some food vouchers for our massively delayed flight, but literally every store and restaurant in the airport is closed. Thanks for the meaningless gesture!! π€£π€£π€£
