The 9 victims abducted from Babban Saura, Chikun LGA, Kaduna State, have spent 18 agonising days in the hands of bandits. Their families are still waiting, praying, and pleading for their safe return.

Jamila, the pregnant woman who was kidnapped alongside Ahmad Zakka and his family, is still in captivity. She should be preparing to welcome her baby in peace, not enduring the terror and uncertainty of captivity.

What about the other victims? Their lives matter too. Their families deserve answers, urgent action, and the assurance that everything possible is being done to bring their loved ones home alive.

Where are the authorities? Where is the urgency? This is an emergency that demands immediate action. The Kaduna State Government, security agencies, and all relevant authorities must act now to secure the safe release of all the victims. Every hour matters. Every life matters.

These families cannot be left to suffer in silence💔

BREAKING: Bandits have again blocked the Magami–Dansadau road in Zamfara State. They reportedly vandalised vehicles and destroyed travellers belongings.

This is the second attack on the route after the bandits threatened to burn 250 vehicles along the road, leaving motorists worried about their safety.

VIDEO UPDATE: Ahmed Zakka, who was abducted alongside his wife and their baby in Millennium City, Kaduna, has sent another desperate plea for help to his relatives.

In the heartbreaking video, he says his hand (right) has gone numb after being tightly tied with a rope by the bandits. He fears they may cut off his hand.

A whole family is in captivity, and Ahmed is pleading to be rescued before it is too late. His wife and innocent baby are also at the mercy of their captors.

My appeal is to the authorities and everyone who can help to do everything possible to secure their safe release.
