I am an Atheist.
But I donโt discourage my daughter from exploring any faith.
We come from a traditional Maharashtrian background with deep roots of sampradaya. I know bhajans, have sang them in temples when I grew up and still one of the most favourite bhajans I listen to even today is Sada Mazhe Dola by the saint Tukaram.
From a devotee to an atheist has been quite a journey for me. Iโll probably share more on that someday - inspired by @hmalviya9, but the point I want to share today is i want my daughter to go through these emotions herself and just be a guide - not a dictator.
We stay in front of a Vitthal Temple ๐. She listens to bhajans and she goes to an Anglo Indian school where she learns about Jesus and sings carols too. Itโs upto her to decide what faith she wants to practice when she grows up, if at all she wants to even!
I hope more parents give their kids the opportunity to not only explore careers opportunities but also their faith. At the end, when there is an Alien ๐ฝ invasion, Iโm pretty sure weโre gonna unite as humans on earth and fight them, forgetting the boundaries weโve now created for ourselves ๐

Supreme Court ๐ฎ๐ณ says cryptocurrency needs to be regulated, banning not an option.
The Court also noted that the current 30% taxation of Bitcoin trading profits implies a form of legal recognition. If it is acknowledged in this manner, why not regulate it?
