Drove out to Colorado and gave it a listen twice. Sat by the fire and went through it twice again last night. Just gets better and better. So glad that I pre-ordered the CD.
Our new album THE FEAR OF STANDING STILL has been roaming around in the wild for a week now. Big thanks to everyone that has given it a listen, bought a physical copy or shared it with a friend. If you haven’t, it would mean the world to me if you did just one of those things.
Our new album THE FEAR OF STANDING STILL is now available everywhere you buy/stream/listen/steal music. Give it a listen, share it with a friend and thanks for supporting live, original, independent music.

I can’t think of a better way to spend a weekend than playing soccer with college teammates I hadn’t seen in over 20 years. Loved our time competing together again. #Beavers
@NWSL, was the @ORLPride penalty versus @thekccurrent given despite the ball being out of play. Can the ball be brought back into play for a penalty/free kick? Shouldn’t play have restarted with a goal kick?
Iowa City schools already made the difficult decision to close a beloved elementary. Now, officials must cut *another $2 million* because of Gov. Reynolds’ voucher law.
This was never about “school choice” – it’s about undermining public education.

today IA House Republicans dropped a 49 page amendment, limited debate to 6:30 so they could get to watch basketball, and completely shut out Iowans who have been overwhelmingly opposed to gutting the AEAs.
Here are some of the folks running against them this November:
Superintendent of fastest growing IA school district and former Director of Dept of ED has been left out of the AEA conversation…because it hasn’t been a real conversation. The Gov is not listening to anyone.
Today @DrakeUniversity@drakeotd students came to the Capitol to advocate for the AEAs. So many students do their on the job training with AEAs, many stay in iowa to work with the AEAs to provide OT services in schools for children with disabilities.
Hold up - this straight from the consultant report @IAgovernor is using to justify her AEA dismantling bill. Looks to me like Iowa kids with disabilities start out with lower than average test scores in early grades, and make tremendous gains over other states by 8th grade!
