@JoeTegtmeyer @Tesla It depends on where you live, and where you travel. Supercharger coverage is still spotty in many parts of the country, so having other options makes the ownership experience better, so kudos to Tesla for including it.

@JulieChangRE This is bad in real estate. The things that really matter aren't even visible. Things like quality air sealing or closed cell spray foam insulation are huge quality improvements, and completely invisible after finishes are applied, so builders have no incentive to do them.

@brandenflasch Making slow charging available everywhere you park would be a bigger win. Apartment complexes, work, grocery stores etc. Realistically you should only need fast charging on long trips if you can always plug in to a low cost, simple infrastructure, plain Jane outlet anywhere.

@KeethBrown @rhensing @Tesla Faster data collection. Rivian is way behind Tesla and trying to close the gap. By making every customer vehicle a validation vehicle they speed up the data collection flywheel. They are outsourcing validation. Actually very smart

@xLoGoBrox @elonmusk The other issue is with vertical panels you would be generating less electricity, not more. Ground based panels are angled for a reason- to collect the optimal amount of sun. Output of the same panel in a vertical orientation would be significantly reduced.

@JordanEVGuy They should just host a monthly EV night. EVs only, so the "gas bros" don't get their feelings hurt from being beaten by an electric golf cart. Win win, everyone gets to have their fun. Each crowd has their own event.

This issue is due to the metal flake being applied in a different orientation to the adjacent panels, causing different refraction angles, making it look worse in bright light. If the bumper was on the car when it was painted it would look uniform.

@TesCalendar1 They offer some lower cost EVs that actually sell pretty well. The question is whether or not they are profitable.

@rhensing You misunderstood me. Clearly it has all the maintenance of a gas engine. I'm asking what additional maintenance cost hybrids have over traditional gas vehicles?
