@PitchingCoachU @FlatgroundApp I have a son that’s a rising senior. Just got cleared from hip surgery 2 weeks ago. Threw 12 inns so far and probably 10 more till fall season. Is a 2 way and needs to get in-front of colleges. Fall ball an option or train.

@DanCevette I have seen many kids hit low 90 on the gun but can’t find the zone. Then a kid hits mid low 80’s comes in and get out of the jam and shuts down opposing team. But gets no looks.

@DanCevette It’s seems like unless you pump a lot of money into certain showcase formats many kids get over looked or no love!I know of one solid player that consistently leads teams in batting Ave/ RBI’s. And still get no love. Metrics outweigh gameplay and it’s frustrating

Congrats to our ‘24 Black squad on winning Future Starz tournament to close out their fall slate. The team went 5-0 this weekend and finished up 11-1-1 overall for the Fall. Well done, players and coaches!

@mattblethen26 Question my son rising junior pitches and catches. Loves to catch and hit. Is willing to pitch. Stats- 6’3” 185 fb 82 top 85/ pop2.05 exit velo 92-94. Would you encourage to do both or focus on catching? We get mixed message.
