Absolute privilege to meet John of @DCFDTower3. Generous with his time and the friendliest guy you could meet. Firefighter & EMT: one of the #everydayheroes keeping us all safe (plus he has an impressive ride!). Stay safe all @dcfireems.

Platoon No. 2 on a detail yesterday. Assisting @WhiteHouseHstry to accomplish a historical moment that hasnβt occurred since 1962. Truck Co. No. 3 has been first due to the @WhiteHouse since 1891.
In 1962, the first @WhiteHouseHstry Guidebook was published in partnership with @NatGeo. That cover photo was taken of the north view with the help of @dcfireems. 57 years later, today we captured a south view for the 25th edition, again with the help of awesome DC Fire and EMS!
