@SullyCNBC And…buying a house is overrated. Interest, maitenance, taxes, etc. all add to the cost. When you add it all together, the rate of return is terrible. Rent and invest you would’ve spent on interest, maintenance and taxes. In 20 years you’ll have a lot more money.
