This is Ranvir Singh Yadav.
- In 1973, he was a bus conductor in Delhi (DTC).
- He was accused of issuing a ₹0.10 ticket instead of ₹0.15 and keeping 5 paise.
- The DTC filed a case against him.
- In 1976, he was dismissed from his job.
- He fought the case in court for decades.
- In 1990, he won in the Labour Court.
- DTC kept appealing, dragging the case in the High Court for over 40 years.
- DTC spent ₹47,000 to recover 5 paise.
In 2016, the Delhi High Court dismissed DTC's appeal and directed it to pay Yadav ₹30,000, along with ₹1.28 lakh as gratuity and ₹1.37 lakh as CPF.
This is how an innocent man’s life was wasted fighting for 5 paise, while ministers commit fraud of crores and live comfortably in London.
A terrified second-grade girl, Ayesha Talanari, was chased and mauled by a pack of 10 strays while walking home from school in Chendayad. Her clothes were torn to shreds, but brave locals rushed in and saved her just in time.
Ratnagiri. 30,000 years. Zero protection.
Ratnagiri petroglyphs were buried, preserved by time itself.
Then we “discovered” them… and left them naked under open sky.
Not an accident. A system.
The Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1958 mandates preservation.
The Archaeological Survey of India is legally bound to protect.
So answer this:
After excavation —
Where is the conservation plan?
Where is the protective cover?
Where is the monitoring?
Excavation without preservation is not archaeology.
It is state-enabled erosion.
We are not losing history to time.
We are losing it to administrative indifference.
30,000 years survived nature.
It may not survive us.
A final-year law student, Rishi Kumar from Tamil Nadu National Law University, refuses to delete his blog criticising the Supreme Court… despite pressure from his own university.
Why?
Because the administration allegedly received calls from advocates, judges, and others claiming the post harms the institution’s “reputation.”
The blog titled “The Supreme Court of India Has No Spine” questioned the court’s decision to ban an NCERT textbook chapter on judicial corruption.
But here’s the real issue:
A law student is being told to silence himself… for expressing a legal opinion.
His response?
Clear and powerful:
“My opinions are mine… you do not own my voice or my conscience.”
He even said he’s ready to face disciplinary action rather than back down.
This isn’t just about one blog.
This is about academic freedom vs institutional pressure.
If law students… the future of the judiciary are discouraged from questioning the system,
then who exactly is allowed to question it?
Criticism of institutions ≠ disrespect.
Silencing criticism = weakening democracy.

A. Rishi Kumar, a final-year student of Tamil Nadu National Law University (TNNLU), did not bow to pressure from the University to delete the article, titled “The Supreme Court of India has no Spine”. Here he criticised the Supreme Court’s ban on a Class 8 NCERT civics textbook and its decision to blacklist its authors for their mention of judicial corruption.
He wrote "The Court has decided, in its grand old wisdom, that eighth graders, who are doing algebra and learning refractions, are simply too dumb to handle a basic civics chapter that spends fourteen pages praising the judiciary and two paragraphs acknowledging its flaws."
My respect to Rishi. You are awesome!

Remember the pickpocket from Bareilly character in Dhurandhar 2? He was a RAW agent who and sacrificed his life to save the more important mission of Hamza / Jaskirat of penetrating Pakistan. About the anonymous lives of such selfless patriots, Ajit Doval, National Security Advisor, said years ago:
"Forget about publicity. Publicity will happen when the time comes. It doesn't make a difference whether people know you or not. Do you know how many people have sacrificed their lives for the nation? Nobody knows their names. Since the 11th century, there has not been a single day when someone or the other has not sacrificed their lives. Without action, nothing is achieved. Without dying, heaven is not attained."
Last night, I was sleeping on a small sofa in my mother’s room at the hospital, and like any son, I was extremely worried about her health.
The whole night, I was comforted by only one thing. I was comforted by a nurse from Keralam who came in every hour to check on my mother. Every single hour, she would come and check on her. She would smile, and she would hold her hand. I found myself thinking about how many sons, daughters, brothers, and sisters have been comforted in their most difficult moments by nurses from Keralam.
Early in the morning, I asked her, “Do you sleep at night, or do you work the whole night?” And she said, “I work all night.” So, while the whole world sleeps, women from Keralam, not only in Keralam but also in Delhi, across the country, and around the world, are comforting people, holding their hands, and making them feel at ease.
For me, this is the spirit of the state of Keralam.

The Shri Ram Mandir located on private property was demolished on a single complaint, under the orders of @PMCPune Assistant Commissioner Sanjay Pol in Viman Nagar, Pune.
After strong public opposition, he promised to rebuild the temple, but the work was left incomplete and abandoned midway.
@Dev_Fadnavis@MDNagpure We demand that this corrupt official be sacked.
Meet the Brahuis of Balochistan
They speak Dravidian tongues of the South, yet live 1500 kms away in the rugged North-West.
How did this happen? Historians debate. Migration, ancient trade routes, forgotten kingdoms.
But beyond theories, there’s something magical: a shared ethnicity across deserts and mountains, across centuries and silence.
It’s a reminder that identity isn’t bound by borders. It flows like rivers, carrying echoes of Tamil and Telugu into the heart of Balochistan.

India was as cowardly as a country can be during the UPA era.
We delinked terrorism from the Pakistani state, signed agreements, and echoed the line that Pakistan itself was a victim of terror driven by poverty and lack of education. We kept talks going despite repeated attacks, maintained trade, and pushed confidence-building measures.
We resumed dialogue after every provocation, sent dossiers instead of deterrence, and relied on global pressure that never delivered. Cross-border infiltration continued, but consequences didn’t. In trying to appear responsible, we ended up looking unwilling to act.
Every terror attack had the same standard response: “Agar unko lagta hai ki is kayartapoorna harkat se wo hamara hausla tod sakte hain, to wo galat hain.” We were so submissive that even on the morning of the 2008 Mumbai attacks, our diplomats were in Islamabad signing a joint agreement stating that both sides condemn terrorism and are satisfied with the steps taken to control it. Four days later after the attack, Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari had the audacity to say that India should not overreact to the attack, and we didn’t.
